The Five Principles of Supported Living Services

At Assured Community Services, we're committed to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to live fulfilling lives. Our Supported Living Services (SLS) program is built on five core principles:

  • 1

    A Home of One’s Own

Live life on your own terms. Choose your home, decorate it as you like, and invite friends and family over.

  • 2

    Self Directed Decisions

Take control of your life. Make informed choices about your services, future, and daily life.

  • 3

    Meaningful Relationships

Surround yourself with people who care. Choose your relationships and build a support network that enriches your life.

  • 4

    Community Membership

Be an active part of your community. Explore volunteer opportunities, join clubs or classes, and connect with local resources and events.

  • 5

    Flexible and Tailored Support

Receive support tailored to your unique needs. Create an Individual Service Plan (ISP) that evolves with you, ensuring you always receive the right support.
