Alfred Kiarie (Program Director)

Alfred, a dedicated and accomplished professional, has spent his career driving transformative change in his community. With a strong foundation in grassroots community work, Alfred has led numerous initiatives in Sacramento, focusing on enhancing the quality of life for adults, children, and families.

Alfred's extensive experience spans fourteen years, with notable roles in mental health organizations and developmental disabilities. Throughout his journey, he has united educators, social service directors, health professionals, parents, and community leaders, fostering a collaborative spirit that underpins his work.

A Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology as well, Alfred has expanded his expertise through specialized certifications. He is a Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Specialist, a certified Peer Mentor, and a certified Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Instructor.

A lifelong resident of the Sacramento region, Alfred joined Assured Community Services in 2024. Under his leadership, the organization has experienced remarkable growth, earning its reputation as one of California's premier social service agencies.

Silvia Letetma (DSP Supervisor)

Silvia joined the Assured Community Services team in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to her role. Raised in Washington, Silvia spent 13 years in Seattle before relocating to sunny California.

As an eternal optimist, Silvia firmly believes that collective efforts can lead to remarkable achievements. Her extensive background in support living services spans over a decade, with hands-on experience in in-home support, assisted living, and independent living.

Silvia's expertise makes her an invaluable asset to the team as a DSP Supervisor and DSP Trainer. Her diverse experience in caregiving has deepened her understanding of the importance of compassionate care for loved ones.

A proud alumnus of North Seattle College, Silvia embodies the values and mission of Assured Community Services. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and decorating.
